Managed IT for distributed companies 001

We run your IT. You run the company.

Vantage IT is a national, remote-first managed service provider for companies whose teams work from anywhere. No office to visit. No territory to defend. The work is measured, written down, and done.

Services 003

Six services. One standard.

Every service below is delivered by the same distributed team, to the same written procedures, for remote-first and multi-location companies. Nothing is franchised and nothing is outsourced.

01

Managed IT

24/7 helpdesk

Monitoring, patching, helpdesk, and vendor management. One agreement, one number to call, and every device accounted for — wherever it happens to be plugged in.

02

Cybersecurity

Zero-trust baseline

Identity is the new perimeter, because your company no longer has one. MFA enforced everywhere, endpoints hardened, activity watched around the clock.

03

Cloud services

Right-sized quarterly

Your office is a browser tab. We design, migrate, and run the infrastructure behind it, sized to what you actually use and reviewed every quarter.

04

Microsoft 365

Tenant hardening

Tenant security, licensing, Teams telephony, and the settings nobody ever configured. Microsoft 365 run properly, not just paid for.

05

Backup & disaster recovery

Restores tested

Every laptop, server, and SaaS dataset backed up and restore-tested on a schedule. Recovery is a drill we have already run.

06

IT consulting

vCIO included

A fractional CIO who has seen a hundred distributed companies. Roadmaps, budgets, and vendor decisions delivered in plain language.

Method 004

Distributed by design — your team already is.

Most providers sell proximity: a van, a service radius, an office you will never visit. We removed geography from the model. What remains is process, documentation, and response time. Those travel well.

01

No territory

The same senior engineers serve every client, whether the company sits in one office or across eleven time zones. Nobody gets a second-string team because of a map.

02

Documentation first

Every environment is documented before it is touched. Any engineer can open any ticket with full context. Tribal knowledge is a failure mode. We do not permit it.

03

Asynchronous by default

Updates arrive in writing, with timestamps, in the channel you choose. You read them when it suits you. Meetings are reserved for decisions.

04

Measured in minutes

Response and resolution medians are published to every client, every month. If a number slips, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

Clients 005

In their words.

Attributed by role and company type. On request, we put you on a call with the person quoted.

“They answer in minutes and they write everything down. I have not thought about IT in a year. That is the entire point.”

COO — 80-person accounting firm

“We went through three providers before this one. The difference is discipline. Same engineer, same process, whether the ticket comes from a warehouse or a spare bedroom.”

Operations lead — National e-commerce brand

“Our security audit went from three weeks of panic to four days of routine. Everything was already documented. The auditors seemed almost disappointed.”

Finance director — 120-person SaaS company

Engagements 006

Three ways to start.

Each one ends with a written deliverable in your hands, whether or not we continue. Choose the smallest commitment that answers your question.
